Let us come once a quarter and help you make sure your house is running smoothly and fix the items that are having issues or falling apart. Because it is easy to forget and to get too busy this program makes it easy.

TV Installation
Price: $190
Description:
Professional TV mount installation
55” or less mounted to drywall with wood studs at 5 to 6 feet high
Assemble mount (if needed)
Connect all cables & cords
Does not include moving electrical inside wall

Standard Ceiling Fan Replacement
Price: 1 fan - $175, 2 fans - $250

Remove current ceiling fan
Replace with new standard ceiling fan

Drywall Repair
Price: $225
Description:
Professional Drywall repair for a hole no bigger than 12”x12”
Match existing texture
Painting included if paint is already onsite
Interior door replacement
Price: $210
Description:
Remove and replace standard interior door. Does not include painting
*The door must be on site and is not included in the price. We can purchase it for you if needed for an additional cost.
Storm door installation
Price: $190
Description:
Install a new storm door

Half Day Quarterly Maintenance Program
Price: $360 (if paid quarterly), $1,360 (if paid up front for the year)

We do emergency plumbing repairs as well as full-scale remodels of your pipes and fixtures. Our certified technicians are experienced and can assist with whatever your plumbing needs may be.
